• We use this application to find the right accommodation, in the best location available
• We e-mail you photos and details of the accommodation, transit options to school and cost
• We answer any questions you may have
• To secure the accommodation you request payment details.
• You have 2 business days to provide recite of payment.
• Payment within Canada is: e-transfer or bank transfer and for International payments we accept: International bank transfer or Paypal
• When you accept an accommodation, you forward the damage deposit (50% of the first month’s rent), first and last month’s rent and the placement fee to Happy Roommates ACCOMMODATION SERVICES
• Once payment has been received, we provide you with an email confirmation including the full address and all necessary contact details
• You send your complete arrival details to Happy Roommates ACCOMMODATION SERVICES (We pass your arrival time along to your Accommodation Provider)
• You must phone or text your accommodation provider from the airport so they know you have arrived and are on your way to the accommodation
• You must arrive at your accommodation no later than 10PM or be prepared to make other arrangements for your first night.
